The Holy Trust of School prepare its student for the ICSE & ISC examination conducted by by the Council for the Indian Scholl Certificate Examination, New Delhi. At present classes are from Montessori to Class VI for both Boys & Girls.

Three unit exam are held in a year. Each unit will consist of two components, a continuous system of assessment of 75 marks and a unit test of 25 marks. The average marks of all the tests are taken into account at the time of promotion. In matters of promotion the decisions of the Principal is final and binding.
